Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ROVAN Studio. Please review the following information about how we process and ship orders.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you by email.

Shipping times
Our products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • Canada / United States: 8 - 12 business days
  • International: 15 - 20 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time. Because our items ship from overseas facilities, delivery takes longer than a typical in-stock retailer — we appreciate your patience, and we think the piece is worth the wait.

Shipping costs

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within [7] business days of ordering, contact us at hello@rovanstudio.com.

Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, ROVAN Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. ROVAN Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@rovanstudio.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@rovanstudio.com. We'll investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded in full, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
