Returns & Refunds

We want you to be genuinely happy with your ROVAN order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, please contact us at hello@rovanstudio.com with your order number before returning anything.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you. Simply email hello@rovanstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue

In most cases you won't need to send the item back. We'll review your request and resolve it promptly.

Change of mind
If you'd like to return an unused item in its original condition because you've changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are issued once the return is confirmed. Depending on the item, we may offer store credit or a replacement as an alternative. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that can't be returned
For hygiene and quality reasons, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery (except where the item was faulty on arrival).

Refund process
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their end.

Shipping times
ROVAN products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners, which means delivery can take longer than a typical in-stock retailer. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Delays in shipping alone are not grounds for a refund, though we'll always help track down a delayed order — just reach out.

Lost or undelivered orders
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@rovanstudio.com and we'll investigate. Orders confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded in full.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, we may be unable to cancel, as the order may already be in production or transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
